5: Hitman Agent 47

     Agent 47 is a fictional anti-hero and main protagonist of the Hitman video game series released by IO Interactive and Square Enix Europe. He is portrayed by David Bateson.
Agent 47's typical attire consists of a black suite, black leather gloves, white dress shirt and red tie. As the Hitman video game series allows players the option of engaging in stealth-based strategy to avoid conflict, Agent 47 has the ability to exchange his stock costume with various characters in the game to avoid detection. Agent 47 is completely bald with very pale skin blue eyes with dark eyebrows. His International Contract Agency file from Hitman: Absolution states his height as 1.88 m (6 ft 2 in). In Hitman: Enemy Within, his weight is given as 85 kg (187 lb).
History : Agent 47was born on September 5, 1964 in a Romanian asylum with the number 640509-040147 tattooed on the back of his head in the form of a bar-code "64-05-09" denotes his date of birth, "04" indicates Series IV, "01" documents his class, and "47" is the order in which he was cloned. In the Hitman game series and the Hitman novel, Agent 47 is genetically enhanced clone and the culmination of decades of secret.  
Agent 47 is an introverted character who almost always speaks without emotion in a calm. His ack of emotion while committing acts of murder is his defining characteristic. Its on number 5 in most famous video game characters.



4: Ezio Auditore da Firenze 

     Ezio Auditore da Firenze is a fictional character in the video game series Assassin's Creed. His career as an assassin during the Italian Renaissance serves as central plot of Assassin's Creed II, II: Discovery, Brotherhood, and Revelations, as well as an animated short film Embers. Ezio also makes appearance as a playable character in the fighting game Soulcalibur V.
The character was critically acclaimed by the media and general public alike. Ezio recieved an award from GameSpot for the "Best New Character" in 2009. Ezio was born into the nobility on June 24, 1459. His family was executed, from the day of his family's execution, Ezio is labelled a criminal and a traitor, this leads to Ezio beginning the ways of Assassins. With the help of  a good friend Leonardo da Vinci, Ezio is able to get one of his father's weapons, the Hidden Blade which started his journey.
Ezio continues his work as an Assassin, killing numerous enemies and helping many other factions such as Thieves, Courtesans, and Mercenaries. 
After the events of brotherhood, Ezio discovers a letter from his father that talks about a hidden library consists of vast knowledge but when he finds and open it he only finds Altair's Apple and no books. He find out that the entire purpose of the library was to convey a message to Ezio's descendant Desmond Miles.
His character is full of adventures and fun.

3: Captain Price (Call Of Duty)

     Captain Price is a major fictional character in the Call of Duty series and one of the two protagonists, appearing as an experienced soldier and a strong leader in the series. He is somewhat compassionate, but can be ruthless at times.
Captain Price first appeared as a British soldier featured in Call of Duty and Call of Duty 2 as a member of the British Army and British SAS during World War II. He again appears again as John Price in the Modern Warfare series, where he is playable in two flashback missions in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, and in the final mission of Call of duty Modern Warfare 3.
Price is known as grumpy and serious in every mission, nonetheless cracking insults and jokes along the way. Price always plays a leadership role in the series, training protagonists like Soap, as well as leading army units and SAS squads. As the player progresses, the relationship between Price and the protagonist strengthens to the point of friendship.
Although ruthless and merciless at times, Price demonstrates morality and high principles, such as refusing to harm surrendering enemy soldiers, covering the retreat of allied forces at great personal risk, risking detection by the enemy to save the innocent civilians, and taking great pains to avoid harming civilians himself.  



2: Tommy Vercetti (GTA Vice City)

     Thomas Tommy Vercetti is the protagonist and playable character in the 2002video game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, a game in the Grand Theft Auto series. He is voiced by Ray Liotta.
After murdering the man who set up ambush, he becomes extremely powerful in the criminal world, and eventually becomes the kingpin of Vice City. He is depicted as both intelligent and temperamental; he is easily angered and quick to resort ti violence. He has no hesitation of killing, though many of his victims are in turn to kill Tommy as well, or have done something that requires to be killed. Despite being psychotic, Tommy does also show a softer side as seen with his relations with Mercedes Cortez and Earnest Kelly, the latter whom he voews as a father figure due to his childhood memories of working with his father at a printworks.
Tommy Vercetti, in several ways, exhibits characteristics of fictional drug lord Tony Montana from the 1983 film Scarface. This coincides with the heavy themes and appearance of the movie that has been implemented into Vice City. The character Tommy Vercetti received very positive reviews and remarks from critics and players of Vice City.
At the end of the game, Tommy is shown to have become extremely powerful figure in Vice City's criminal underworld. He has established the Vercetti Family, and he is shown to own a huge mansion, many businesses as fronts, and also has a dominating role in established drug trades in Vice City.


1: Mario

     Mario is a fictional character in the Mario video game franchise, created by Nintendo's Japanese video game designer, Shigeru Miyamoto.
Shigeru Miyamoto created Mario while developing Donkey Kong in an attempt to produce a best-selling video game for Nintendo. Mario appeared in the live-action film Super Mario Bros, that starred Bob Hoskins as Mario, a plumber who finds himself in an alternative universe (in which dinosaurs rule) where he must save the Earth from invasion. 
Mario was originally portrayed as a two-dimensional sprite, but in later games, he is shown as a three dimensional, polygonal model. He is depicted as a portly plumber who lives in a fictional land of the Mushroom Kingdom with Luigi,his younger, taller brother.
There are several other sub-series of Mario video games, especially those inspired from sports, have been released. The Mario Kart franchise, which began with Super Mario Kart for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1992, is currently the most successful and longest-running kart racing franchise. Other Mario Sports games include the Camelot-developed series Mario Golf, Mario Tennis the baseball and soccer games Mario Superstar Baseball and Super Mario Strikers and much more.

This character is bit too old but still on the top.
